My travel bug has been flaring up lately, which probably inspired this weekend's road trip to visit my friend Chris in Charlotte, N.C. I cannot get over how beautiful and expansive our America is. While driving through the winding roads of the Smokey Mountains and taking in the rolling waves of forests tinged with the first traces of autumn color, my heart fluttered. To me, pure bliss is being on the road.
