A Not Quite Cambodian Topic

I am sitting here at work deciding whether or not I like the fermenting rice that I'm eating (just another one of Cambodia's interesting snacks) while reading the NYTimes online. I just discovered that you can double-click on any word in a Times article and it automatically directs you to a definition of the word.

Has anyone else seen this cool technology on other sites? How does it work?

Rachel - I am doing weight watchers and the first thing I thought about was "I wonder how many points a serving of fermenting rice is". Never knew about NY Times on line feature. Sounds like you are having an awesome adventure. I am enjoying your blogs. Myra Weisman (mom's friend)
